We have several points of contact throughout the transaction, mostly via email. There are times when direct communication is necessary, but as the agent, you will always be involved 100%. Most commonly, this is through group texts.
The most seamless way for us to receive payment is by putting our fee on your CDA. In the event that we cannot do this, the agent will be billed directly and are payable upon invoice by Zelle or Venmo
YES! Each Transaction Coordinator holds an active Real Estate License, allowing us to serve you to the best of our ability.

Yes! We also can help with the scheduling of the inspection & closing. What some agents will do is go ahead and coordinate the appointments, but if you need our help to do so, just let us know. We can make this part of our routine.
No, listing & closing packages are separate fees unless you choose the Have It All Package for Dual Agency

Yes, you will receive HALF OFF the first two files with us while we get to know each other!! There is also a Referral award of $50, to the Referring Agent, off your next transaction, when an Agent you recommend signs up with us.
