We know you’re busy, so there are no tedious intake forms, simply text the information below, along with any screenshots to make it easier, and we will get started right away! Later after texting, email all the remaining pertinent information to your TC, along with documents and/or photos for the transaction, when you get home. When emailing specific details, this will be pasted into the offer as written by the Agent for example: objections, exclusions, repairs, etc)

No charge for New Contract Offers if submitting as part of a: DIAMOND Buying Package; EMERALD Buying Package; SAPPHIRE Selling Package; and the Have It All Package.

Deadline for same day requests is 4:00 PM Mon-Fri.  PLEASE WATCH for confirmation to your text or CALL your TC prior to submitting a request. Requests submitted prior to 4:00 PM Mon-Fri will be routed the same day.  After hours will be routed the next business day before 10:00 AM.  Business hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-5:00PM.
