TC assistance in tracking down missing paperwork and signatures. This also include the upload of all documents to your Brokerage Compliance system. Requesting your CDA, delivering any needed documents to Title and/or Lender Work with Agent to REVISE OFFERS as needed and send for signatures through to execution and escrow, withdrawal of offer, or seller's non-acceptance of offer.
